About to embark on a trip? Give us a call first.

Are you traveling? Make sure you let us know, so that you do not experience an interruption in service.

If you are traveling out of state or internationally, please take a moment to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Some international and some out-of-state transactions are blocked for your protection. Notifying us of your travel plans will allow us to remove those blocks, so that you do not experience an interruption in service while traveling.

You can notify us by calling 419.223.5886 or by stopping into your local branch.

Our transaction processors also monitor your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may receive a call from them to verify a purchase, even though you have notified us of your travel plans. Remember, our processors will never ask for your PIN or three digit CVV code, located on the back of your card.

Cardholder Travel Information

Debit and credit card fraud continues to increase at an alarming pace. TopMark takes extensive measures to minimize and prevent fraud. However, there are precautionary measures that cardholders should take, as well.

Important Traveling Tips

  • Notify the Credit Union of domestic and/or international travels
  • Verify we have your correct home and cell phone numbers
  • Test your card to confirm that you have the valid PIN
  • Verify that your card will not expire while traveling
  • Carry alternative TopMark payment methods (i.e. additional debit/credit cards)
  • Remain observant for pick pockets

Know your credit card PIN number
Some international card terminals may require a PIN number for credit card purchases. Visit any branch to update/reset your PIN number.
